Welcome to DR CONGO

In certain parts of the world, there are those who believe an apocalypse will occur.
In DR Congo, the size of Western Europe, thanks to murderous imperialism & capitalism, genocide,
US Support for a brutal dictatorship in overthrowing a democratically-elected government & it's Prime Minister being murdered, corruption, civil wars and horrific crimes against men, women and children, the people of DR Congo who have died in their millions do not wait any longer.

The apocalypse has already arrived.

And we looked and behold, a European King, and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him.

When they insist we're just not good enough
When we know better
Just look 'em in the eyes and say
I'm gonna do it anyway

Patrice Lumumba, the first democratically-elected leader of Congo, was an anti-imperialist who had struggled against Belgian and then US Imperialism.

For this, he was murdered on orders of the CIA with MI6 support.

His murderers Mobutu and Joseph Kasavubu received money and weapons from the CIA and Mobutu's consequent brutal and corrupt dictatorship which was sustained through torture and murder was supported fully by successive US Governments with Ronald Reagan calling him "a voice of good sense and goodwill".

Mobutu, Reagan's declared "voice of good sense and good will", publicly executed political opponents including three cabinet ministers who were hanged in front of an audience of 50,000 spectators.

Patrice Lumumba's former minister of education and maoist rebel leader Pierre Mulele who sought to continue the struggle after Lumumba's murder was lured out of hiding on the assumption he would be given amnesty by Mobutu.

Instead of amnesty he was tortured to death by the removal of various parts of his anatomy until he died. What was left of him was dumped in the Congo river.

This was the character of Mobutu, and Reagan's "voice of good sense and good will"

The story in DR Congo - of democratically elected leaders being overthrown by the US to be replaced by dictatorships, is one told wherever US Imperialism seeks to manifest or sustain it's exploitation globally.

"We must move forward, striking out tirelessly against imperialism. From all over the world we have to learn lessons which events afford. Lumumba's murder should be a lesson for all of us." - Che Guevara

"The worst crisis in Africa now, right now, this minute, and for the last several years is the Eastern Congo. Comparably worse than Darfur. Millions of people have been killed there. If you look into it, the west is doing essentially nothing. And it’s not that they don’t care, they do care. Western multinational corporations are robbing eastern Congo’s resources. Everyone who uses a cell phone knows that. That’s where the coltan comes from. Well, okay, as long as you can pay off militias to control your access to minerals, why care about the four, five million people being killed."
