Can I explain what the ISB is, because tbh Awell didn't explain it well. The ISB has no power to, for example, ban people or write new laws, which I think you maybe thinking of. The ISB is JUST an auditing/advising organization, and it shall be elected by the people, for the people. It's only power is to see the NS Indian Government's performance, see if anyone is abusing there powers, not doing there jobs, or bullying people and then advising the government on what they're investigation has found and give suggestions on what should be done, and publishing these results, so anyone who they have not found being bullied or treated unfairly by the admins can come open and say it. This is NOT some attempt by me and Awell to create an evil, bad, bad dual power structure and split the region, it's just for government transparency and fighting corruption.
