8 May 2055 | ✵ THE TOGAMI TIMES – “Hyosaki” Hanguk-Nippon Completes its Long-Awaited Capital Shift ✵
The Hanguk-Nipponese Government has announced the completion of its capital transition from Seoul to the newly constructed capital north of Pohang, Hyosaki (효先). After 6 years of administrative hurdles and logistical issues, His Majesty Emperor Sesato announced that "today marks the birth of a new era in Hanguk-Nipponese history." The city, previously labeled on maps as a simple large plot of undesignated land sitting along the Central Sea, has been filled this past week with the new capital's position and street layout. The Imperial Diet is set to hold its first session in the new Imperial Diet building on May 9. Minister of Security, Ieseok Toseokyū (と서急 家석), assured the Imperial Diet that "the government will do all in its power to secure the rights of the property developers in our new capital, alongside incoming residents, workers, businesspeople, and government workers." He also stressed the development of the capital in terms of infrastructure, technological innovation, quality of life, and "as a testament to the country's leading position as a cultural and economic magnet." Currently undergoing construction are a new international airport off the coast of the city on an artificial island, and several other different projects that the government is currently managing. Foreign Secretary Itsuki Gakyō (가京 이己) also discussed opening the floor to economic contributions from other nations. He stated that the new city government of Hyosaki is looking for opportunities to parter with other governments, both local and national. "We welcome Hanguk-Nippon's allies to join Emperor Sesato in opening the Hall of Accord in Asia," says Gakyō.
International observers suspect that Hyosaki's position within the country is much easier to defend in comparison to Seoul, the previous capital, and Tokyo, the largest city. The Imperial Army is expected to shift its command center also to a more defensible location, however only that much is known.

*Zet appears behind him and stabs him through the stomach with his sword. then blasting his head off with a power blast*
*Jen picks up Rafael and headbutts him, caving in his head. She turns back to normal and drops his body. She sighs* I think I’m getting better on anger management. *There’s a huge blast of white light, Uriel stumbles forward and falls against the wall, his entire chest has been blasted through.
