Over the past few years a strange and mostly unreported trend has arisen in this country, The trend of what have come to be known as Volkslagers (peoples camps) springing up across the country. These camps targeted at kids between the ages of 12 and 17 started springing up in 2011 as a response to Heimenberg deploying troops into neighboring Vazalia , Indeed these camps came into existence because of the large rise in nationalistic sentiment following the deployment. So what are these Volkslagers? These camps are military style training camps that usually take place during the weekend, school summer holidays they focus on instilling their participants with the principles that have dictated the actions of the volkspartei for the past 45 years it has been in power, these values being Libertarian Socialism,Socialist patriotism and Progressivism. The attendees of these camps receive strict drilling and undergo harsh physical training during the day and when day turns to night the instructors of these camps turn towards molding the minds of the attenders with lectures on "the glory of socialism" and "the decadence of capitalism", reading of various anti capitalist literature and the singing of socialist songs dominating the nights activities. It is believed that the various Volkslagers combined have a total of 20 Million members But why do these Volkslagers prove to be so popular among the parents and children involved in them? we asked around Staniaberg a Volkslager just north of Neu Amsterdam to find out
