Greetings, I'm posting this on your region's RMB because you either have embassies with the Union of Allied States, or are currently constructing one. I assume most of you may not be aware of events that occurred in the region in the past week or so, so I hope you'll read this explanation. Apologies if this causes inconvenience or doesn't fit RMB guidelines, I'm simply trying to get the message out as fast as possible.
You may or may not have heard about recent events in the Union of Allied States (UAS).
I am the former President of the Union of Allied States, a region I'm no longer part of, and you'll soon find out why. After my departure, I am now a Co-Founder of The Democratic Union, along with my friend and ally Handal Ands. I'm not sure in what capacity I'm speaking here as, but what I do know is that everyone has a right to know what has happened in my former region.
Just before the minor update of July 22, the founder and his supporters launched a coup to oust the democratically elected government. This government was led by myself as President and Handal Ands as Vice President, and we were both ejected and banned from the region. Along with us, several supporters, around 10 in total, left the region in protest, and occupied the Confederation of Nations, a region previously owned by the UAS. We intended to found our own region, where the principles of democracy are enshrined. The perpetrators of the coup then went on to install an Imperial Constitution with pretenses of democracy, but in truth controlled by the perpetrators of the coup, with the founder declaring himself Emperor. Just a day later, the Imperial Constitution was taken down, and the same perpetrators of the coup declared that the region was to return to a democracy. At the same time, they offered to negotiate for our return to the region, including reinstating my government. However, this was accompanied by several unreaonsable demands, including many undemocratic changes to the Constitution. Furthermore, a new Constitution with these changes was put up and immediately ratified by the perpetrators of the coup without any agreement made. This was a blatant violation of good faith in negotiation, and reaffirms that the perpetrators of the coup in fact does not care for democracy.
The said changes include :
A complete abolishment of political parties and the Right to Assembly
Political Parties and organizations are prohibited.A court system that effectively concentrates all judicial power on one person for a life term (The Constitution adds two lower courts each with one judge, both of which can be ruled singularly by the Chief Justice, instead of a single court with three equal judges)
1) The Court of last resort shall be the Supreme Court of the Union of Allied States.2) The Chairman shall appoint a Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. The Chief Justice shall serve a life term.
3) The Chief Justice shall adopt rules for Supreme Court proceedings appropriate by law.
4) The Chief Justice shall hear all appeals from the Circut Court and has the sole authority to declare any bill or law unconstitutional.
All fundamental rights being limited to citizens (WA nations) only
The fundamental rights of all Citizens in the UAS Constitution shall be henceforth elucidated uponA Delegative legislative system, which on the surface is purported to be more representative than a representative one, but in fact misses out on several key components of a Delegative system, and restricts voters to delegate their votes to only 3 members, thus concentrating power on a select few.
2) Citizens shall elect by popular vote, once every two months, a State Council. The State Council shall be composed of three Councilors. State Councilors must be Citizens of the Union.3) The State Council, as the leaders of the People, shall hold the voice of Citizens via delegates. Citizens shall delegate their vote to a Councilor of their choice, and may change their delegate at any given time.
A "General Secretary" position that is appointed solely by the founder, which although seeming like an administrative position, in fact has powerful authorities, including the ability to essentially become founder when he is absent, along with being third in line for succession to Presidency, despite being neither democratically elected, or democratically appointed.
7) In the event the Chairman is absent for more than 3 consecutive days, the General Secretary shall assume the role of Chairman until his return. If the Chairman shall Cease to Exist, the General Secretary shall found a new region and assume the position of Chairman of the State Council.8) The General Secretary shall be granted Appearance, Communications, Border Control, Embassies, and Polls authority.
Now, I'm aware that some of you may not care much for democracy. However, for a region that supposedly does care about it very much, this is a blatantly wrong, whether or not the intentions were right.
After this, the perpetrators of the coup set out to manipulate members of the region into thinking that the UAS has returned to democracy, when in fact the very Constitution was never even debated or voted on. Unfortunately, this tactic worked for the most part, prompting many members who had supported me to return. Some were also likely offered positions in government for their return. In addition, some of these members decided to smear and harass me and Handal Ands both openly and privately. These included a telegram that was sent with 
unsubstantiated historical claims accusing Handal Ands of bullying, spamming in excess of 300 pings on Discord, accompanied with various insults, frequent personal attacks on us as bitter, and even accusations of us being toxic. Members even pestered The Wolf Clan that closed embassies with them with multiple posts on their RMB. All these accusations were never raised before the coup, and appear to be hastily invented without any factual basis. The people who made many of these personal attacks are now the most powerful people in the region (apart from the founder).
I don't expect you, whoever is reading this, to completely trust me, and I wouldn't be surprised if some of you may think I'm a bitter person with a vendetta. I do have evidence to support what I have said, though because of time it would take to assemble them and concern for privacy, I chose not to link any. But this is my attempt at giving an explanation, an understanding of the situation in a region that I was once proud to be part of, that I loved very much. This is an explanation of the situation, an explanation that the current "government" has refused to give, in order to give everyone the false sense that the region has returned to normal. But it has not, and that's why I made the choice to permanently leave and found our new region. The decisions is yours, whether or not you choose to do anything about it, but it's my hope that you will support us in creating The Democratic Union, a better and more democratic region, and condemn the UAS for its actions by upvoting this dispatch, or anything else you see appropriate.

Keep in mind though, these would be basically a family from your nation coming to the Magarat region (for whatever reason) then being under "protection" of one of the 40 tribes. That was how we historically prevented the presence of "foreign" minority groups.
The system is similar to how most Japanese clans are actually of Chinese or Korean (mostly from Silla) origin or how some Kazakh clans are Turkified Mongols.

The Unified Federation of TotoMishin commonly called TotoMishin or Mishina by locals, is a Unified Federation in the Western Isles. TotoMishin covers (TBC) square kilometers and has an estimated population of 23,880,479. TotoMishin is comprised of 10 provinces each with a moderate degree of autonomy within their economy, local political structure, education system and from 2017 their energy sectors. The capital Toto-Mishin is the nations centre of culture, social develop and technology with 3 national universities residing there. Other major cities include Vovoskaya, Novgrodzin and Tamirbugadin. Each is an major economic hub within the nation and collectively home to more than 5 million people.
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR NATION’S ROLE IN THE WORLD
The name Toto-Mishin is actually a fusion of two names. During the Medieval period (1300-1506) the towns of Toto and Mishin were the nations two largest settlements. All political, military and economic power flowed out of these cites as they were the respective capitals of the Dukedoms of Toto and Mishin, who at the time were also the largest political entities in what is now modern day TotoMishin. In 1379, these two dukedoms united and from there subjugated the rest of the smaller kingdoms and states covering a territory very similair to today's borders. The idea of the modern nation of TotoMishin is so linked to these two dukedoms, that the name stuck throughout the centuries. Not surprising as many people regard the Dukedom of Toto-Mishin as the precursor to the modern state, where considerable national pride is placed. The capital is named Toto-Mishin representing the two towns of which it is formed. There are still historic Toto and Mishin districts which mark the medieval boundaries of the towns.
The standard way to refer to a citizen of TotoMishin is as a "Mishian." The term TotoMishian is rarely used and is regarded by those living in the nation as antiquated. Foreigners who use this term are often seen as ignorant and to not have a good understanding of the Mishian langauge. In Mishian, a lot of words are shortened in everday speech to differentiate from their formal setting. The term TotoMishian used to be the offical term during the 19th century before it fell out of fashion. There are some historical debates as to the Mishin Dukedom being recognised as the more influential and powerful of the two dukedoms and thus this being the cause of the change. However, most historians and linguists agree that it is simply a popularisation of shortened informal speech that occured during the time which worked it's way into politics.
There are a number of native ethnic groups living in TotoMishin, each with their culture and sense of identity. As such the term Mishian, when not specifially used to refer to someone who considers themselves to be ethnically Mishian, can best broadly be used to describe a citizen of TotoMishin. Someone who is a member of the Turzak ethnic group would refer to themselves as Turzak and of the Turzak people, rather than Mishian. The same goes for members of the Imgradi ethnic group, who refer to themselves as Imgradian. Mishian does however also refer to an ethnic and national group, used to refer to the descents of the east slavic and turkic colonists who intregrated with the local population of the Toto-Mishin Dukedom in 1506 and throughout the following decades. It is also used to refer to anyone born in TotoMishin who is not a member of the Turzak or Imgradi peoples.

The PenguinLand's economy is based off of three main sectors that fuel most industry and employment:
Mining(spefically for Iron ore), Steel Industry and the Manufacturing and Construction Industry.
There are of course other sub industries that run the PenguinLand economy, most notably an additional subset of three:
Healthcare, Education and Energy(also backed by the uranium mining industry).
These industries add more variety to the economy and account for a significant amount of imports and exports. Although, it is also to be noted that Agriculture does play a supportive if not substantial part in the PenguinLand's economy. Therefore, the PenguinLand's economy is based off of several primary sector industries, powering secondary industries that earn most of the money and form the backbone of the economy. There are a few tertiary services (Education and Healthcare, as noted before) yet they don't form such a crucial part of the economy, only existig as extensive public services.
The economical structure of the PenguinLand is socialist, as 88% of industry is in some form public ownership, with only 12% remaing private.

I like it. Simple, yet not too simple to the point where its too vague. I would have to say though that my nation's full title is Austrovik-Germania, the simple term of Austrovik was a Kingdom which existed until the 1860s.
I would also say that I happened to notice you love your mining and mainly things to do with the primary sector of economic output. I am myself mainly focused on the secondary and tertiary sectors, particularly with the Automobile industry (I am hiking up competition for 
Miklania and his vehicle industry soon when I launch new markets in other nations), and I would be happy to export vehicles and machinary to help with mining and civilian transportation etc. The Übermacht-Krupp Group basically is like the Austrovik version of GM, minus the absolute poor quality.
