Deep State Nine is a cross-region roleplaying community.
We focus on coordinating light, accessible RP that doesn't require full-time commitment or prior experience, and on helping players interested in RP to quickly enter it.

We use 3 time periods:
* MT: Like everyone.
* CT: Conspiracy Tech - you can treat any theory a significant number of people believe as real. This is our default tech level, offering expanded creativity with a light filter.
* XT: Anything goes - have space rangers fight llanowar elves if you want.

Why Deep State Nine?
We aim to bring back the spirit of early days of RP, when creativity mattered more than high definition.
There will be no restrictions beyond NS-wide rules.
