I am not talking about the nuclear weapons or trains or cars anything else neither clubs. I am talking about a person who can bring comprehensive changes. I know right now I have 0% Authority in our region, but we need a nation to stand for region's development.

Article One: Office of The Delegate
Section 4: A Delegate can only come to power via fair and open elections or by default. Any other means of attaining power shall be considered illegal, and the soon-to-be Delegate's votes will automatically be considered illegitimate.
Section 6: The Delegacy shall run for three months.
Article Three: Regional Crisis
Section 4: Endorsement Cap Policy:
(iii) All other regional members are not allowed to hold more than 72% of the WA Delegate Endorsements.
(iv) If during any emergency situation,where any officer/regional member is getting close to the endorsement cap of WAD,notice will be issued to the nation and it must act within 20 hours to resolve the problem,failure to do so may result upon ejection.
According to them Fair elections on 5th or 6th October. So endorsements is out of question.
