Military News and Announcements from the Imperial Federation
The Deutches Heer has announced that the new Kampfpanzer 50 Main Battle Tank, Co-developed with East Supple Lund has been accepted into service with some changes from the initial test run of 50. Changes include the accepting of a hydrogen fuel cell engine from the previous but overall unsatisfactory Kpz.99 and includes enhanced electronics with a slightly shorter 14cm gun. The Kpz.50 MBT will replace it, and the various MBTs the union has. A long term order has been placed by the Heer for 12,000 over a period of 8 years. The current deadline for the end of the year is for 800 this year, and a intended manufacturing volume of 1500 yearly. This order has been a boon for the heavy industries of the union, and marks a focus away from the previous long standing naval projects in favor of something else. This will take a significant chunk of the military budget, and put other military project temporarily on hold until the order is finished.
Hi! I hope this works out.

The MTPMRPL (Meeting of the Planesian Municipal, Regional, and Provincial Leaders) was in session. While the regional leaders of Yterz, Dehavilliand, and Natad were debating on whether crab Cesar (a local favourite that consists of a Cesar cocktail with crab) was a actual cocktail, the lights went out and multiple gunshots went out. Everybody took cover and SWAT encircling the Plaza 1337 (the building that the MTPMRPL was being held, the damage was surveyed, and only a photo of Grouchuie Marxcomm was torn in half. Anjeilom Aksjdnor was arrested an is now facing charges with a court date for August 9th, 2019. More details to come, stay tuned!

Welcome to The North Pacific!
Welcome to The North Pacific (TNP)! You might be a new nation to the game or in TNP, and you don't really know what is going on or where to start. Or you may be an experienced member but have several questions regarding some of the activities going on. Whatever the case, we have put together this handbook that you can use to familiarize yourself with the game and TNP, and to make the most out of your time in NationStates (NS).
The handbook has a number of different sections. The index below will help you navigate them. If you have any questions not answered in this handbook, feel free to send a telegram to Delegate McMasterdonia, Minister of Home Affairs Konar, or any of the Gameside Advocates and Mentors. They will be glad to help! Additionally, we are always looking to improve this handbook, so let us now if you think something should be added or changed.
This section covers the very first items you should check off as a newcomer to the game and TNP.
Why you should be in TNP: Selecting a region for your nation is one of the most important decisions you will make in the game. We hope you will make TNP your home, and this link explains why. If you have already decided to stay here, that's great!
Join the regional forum: The forum is where most government and roleplay activities take place. Registering an account is very easy. You should get yourself an account so that you can check out what's going on and join in on the fun.
Join our regional chat: Our Discord server is where our members hang out and chat about the game and real life subjects. You can join and introduce yourself to our community. Additionally, if you have any questions, asking on Discord is the fastest way to get help.
Apply for citizenship: Citizenship is your ticket to TNP. As a citizen, you can vote to elect our Delegate and other government officials, hold them accountable, and even run for these positions yourself. All you need to apply is a nation in TNP and an account on the forum.
Ways to Get Involved
Now that you have cleared the basics, you must be looking for things to do. Below are some of the opportunities TNP offers.
Get involved in the government: There are many ways to get involved in the government straight away after joining TNP. You can write the regional laws in the Regional Assembly. You can take part in the day-to-day running of the region in the Executive Staff. Or, you can protect TNP at home and abroad in the North Pacific Army.
Get involved in the World Assembly: Joining the World Assembly (WA) is one of the best ways to empower your nation, especially in TNP. Thanks to our WA Development Program, as a WA member you can determine international laws, have one of the highest endorsement counts in the entire game, and even win awards!
Get involved in RolePlay: We have not one, but two vibrant RolePlay (RP) universes, Eras and Strangereal. Each comes with its own map, chronology, and physics laws. If you commit to being active in RP, you can claim a spot in either universe's map, and join others in weaving stories about your nation and its role in the world.
Get involved in trading cards: Our regional cards guild provides many resources you can take advantage of to increase the value of your deck, including several offerings of free cards. As a member of the guild, you can also participate in many other cards-related activities, including themed collections, pull events, and regular publications.

a legislation has been passed. putting pineappleon pizza is now illegal and could result in public execution. all pizzas now have a tiny disposable tracking device inside that would instantly turn on if reacted with pineapples. putting pizza on pineapple would result in a 0,6 kiloton explosion. Finally got around to finishing my navel fact-book.
Symbol of the Tighterrouraeihian Navy
*These are for SR role-play only
"A good Navy is not a provocation to war. It is the surest guaranty of peace." Admiral George Dewey(Real Life Quote)
Soundtrack of the East Tighterrouraeihian Navel Forces
East Tighterrouraeih's Surface fleet consists of 4 main kind of ships, all the ships are identical in shape, size, weight, and colour.
The camouflage of the ships are generally basic but also effective. They follow a teal-ish colour with a red line across the middle.
(I'm adding weakness to keep these from being voided)
Image of a Dreadnought
The first classification is the Dreadnought. This ship has heavier armour than the rest of the ship classes. They also have powerful guns that are able to sink a small sized ship easily. These are the hardest to sink and you can find out which ships are dreadnoughts by the speed. These ships are noticeably slower than other vessels. This is the equivalent to the battleships in a regular navy. These can be defeated by constant bombarding or by having a ship faster that itself. This ship costs 1 500 000 Fusean Notes
Image of Brawler-Class
The second class is the Brawler-class. These ships have reasonable speed and have a reasonable amount of armour and firepower. This ship also contains torpedo units. The ship is also able to go underwater for a short amount of time before resurfacing. This is the equivalent of a cruiser in a regular navy. These ships are difficult to defeat but can be defeated by using undersea mines, and by forcing them to go in one direction, cancelling out their mobility. This ship costs 1 000 000 Fusean Notes
Image of Death-class
The third class is the Death-class. This class is able to submerge and, unlike the brawler class, is able to stay submerged indefinitely. The ship consists of small gun battery's that are able to fire under water, light armour, high speeds, and torpedo tubes that are able to fire in any direction. These can easily be defeated by using shots from cruisers and battleships, and depth charges. This ship class costs 900 000 Fusean Notes
Image of Artillery-class
The final class is the Artillery-class. This class is easily distinguished from its fellow ships. These ships can be seen avoiding the fight due to having little to no armour at all. They only have defence to torpedo's. In that case they are extremely difficult to sink. These ships also have huge gun batteries and are able to fire 30 kilometres away. These ships are able to hold small groups of navel planes to hunt out, and sink enemy ships. These ships are the easiest to defeat. Just get close to them and they are no longer much of a threat due the the fact it takes a long time for the ship to reload and the positioning of its guns. This ship class costs 500 000 Fusean Notes
Image of Letzter Anblick
The only ship that does not fall under these categories in the hybrid nuclear ship Letzter Anblick (German for Last Sight). This ship is the most distinguished amongst its fellow navel ships going for a steady royal blue. This ship is a combination of the dreadnought and the death class ships. This ship is the largest of the navy measuring at a remarkable 350 meters. This ship has ten main batteries with 3 barrels on each. These barrels fire 46 cm guns and can switch ammo to a bombard shell or to armour piercing shells quite quickly. Sense this ship has a lighter armour than the regular dreadnought it was given the ability to mostly submerge. Only having the batteries and the infrastructure visible from the surface. The ship also has torpedo batteries under the surface to encourage destroyer class ships to stay away. This ship has one vital weakness. It does not have any secondary batteries. This means by getting close you can out manoeuvre the main batteries and be able to fire your shots off before it fires the torpedo's. This is a hit-and-run kind of tactic, and is the easiest way to defeat this ship. Tod usually has other ships with it protecting it. So this ship will probably be your last target. This ship costed 3 000 000 Fusean Notes.
The following ships are ships updated due the Project Underworld(The Underworld project now allows us to completely submerge all of our ships for a infinite amount of time, finished Wednesday June 12th 2019).
*Note1: These ships are somewhat inspired by the game Sub Rebellion(a fun game on the PS2).
*Note2: These ships battle mainly underwater, but are able to surface to engage surface fleets
*Note3: These are all submarines. All can be destroyed using torpedo's or depth charges, squid launchers, and any form of anti-submarine weapon created.
Image of Battle-Cruiser Class
The Battle-Cruiser Class
This is a submarine that focuses on anti-submarine unit. They focus on anti-submarine weapons that work under water. This submarine is able to withstand a medium amount of punishment from anti-submarine weapons its self, due to all the different bulk head doors and the inside structure. This ship is 120 meters long. It has 4 main weapon systems. the Needle Gun(A weapon that fires a carrot shaped projectile through the water to puncture enemy submarines), a sqid launcher(No Joke, its real. This weapon can only be fired when above the water, it fires 3 payloads into the air that form a triangle when they reach the apex of their launch, then when they hit the water they will explode when they reach a certain depth, crushing the enemy submarine with the pressure of the blast), The torpedo's(Don't need to explain how these work, except that they can be used against enemy surface fleets), the final one is the undersea mine(Self explanatory). 2 000 000 Fusean Notes
Image of Corsair-class
The Corsair Class
This submarine is a ship that focuses on hunting enemy convoys and enemy ships, they are able to launch 4 torpedo's at once, and have 1 anti-submarine defense(Needle gun on tip of submarine). This sub is fast and can sustain a mediocer amount of damage from anti-submarine weapons as well. The ship is 60 meters in length with a max speed of 56 knots This chip costs around 1 200 000 Fusean Notes
Image of Hidden-class
The Hidden Class
This submarine is a stealth-class sub. It's main purpose is for scouting and spying. It has a maximum speed of 80 knots and is 15 meters long. It has one torpedo tube and needle gun fixated at the back of the submarine. This ship can sustan minimal damage due to its small size. It uses materials not detectable by sonar and has a crew of 3. This costs around 60 000 Fusean Notes
Picture for Bombard-class
The Bombard Class
This submarine is the largest ship and sub class to date. It is a combination of both submarines and Dreadnoughts. It is able to fully submerge and has a maximum speed of 20 knots. It has a size of 450 meters. The weapons of this ship are momentous. On top of the ship, referred as the deck, has 12 main artillery battery's, each with 4 barrels. It also has several Needle turrets on the port hull and the starboard hull, as well as the bottom. It has a main torpedo battery at the front of the ship that is able to fire 20 torpedo's at once. In battle this ship will likley to stay under water and attack with torpedo's, but because of the sheer amount of torpedo's it can fire, it runs out of them quickly, going through 100 torpedo's every 10 minutes(5 volleys), but once it is out of torpedo's it will surface to engage ships in the normal way. t has enough ammunition to fire constantly for week strait. (10 000 shells). This ship costs around 10 000 000 Fusean Notes. This ship can sustain a lot of damage due the interior structure of the submarine and the thick walls of the submersible battle-ship.
Image for Einwandfrei
The Submarine Flagship(NOTE: This is a more advanced version of the Bombard-class)
There is one other flagship in East Tighterrouraeih's army. It is called Einwandfrei(German for Flawless). It has a red paint job and is slightly larger than the regular Bombard-class, sizing at 460 meters in length. The ship has 14 artillery battery's on the main deck, along with 30 needle guns on the botom, starboard, and port sides of the hull. This ship is incredibly slow only moving at 10 knots. The hull is 3 meters thick with steel produced in The Tsardom of Leonlandia, and the ship is nuclear powered. The Einwandfreialso is able to fire 2 nuclear missiles from the top of the ship(small versions of course). This new experimental flagship was extremely expensive costing at 14 000 000 Fusean notes. This ship can sustain a extreme amount of damage due the extremely think walls and the superior internal structure of the submersible battle-ship
There are 5 fleets currently in the Tighterrouraeihian navy.
