This year, the Avalonian Broadcasting Community, made up of all the press establishments in the country, partnered with the Avalonian University Community, made up of all the universities in the country, and the Avalonian National Ministry of Culture, to collect information on what the national drink should be. And the results are in!!!!!
After polling over 6 billion people, the Avalonian Government is pleased to announce that ICED TEA has been chosen as the national drink. To celelbrate this new addition to the national identity, all tourists in Avalonia will be given a special pass to have FREE iced tea - on the house (of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg- ven-Avalonien)!

Tea is extremely central to the Avalonian identity. The average Avalonian has 4.512 cups of tea every day. When vertical farming was first introduced in Avalonia, it was for tea farming! Tomorrow from July 3 to August 2 will be played the sixth *Clarkstanian Regional Cup in football to be held in Vasilevgrad (second largest city) and defender of title from 2016 is selection of Jackob City.This event is considered to be one of the most popular sporting events that can be compared to world-class competitions in terms of the number of visitors.
*The Regional Cup has been played since 2000 on the initiative of President Luka Gavric, whose cabinet, together with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Clarkstanian Football Federation.The game is attended by 16 teams every four years.The teams are made up of the best players from clubs in the region. For example: The Layton selection is made up of the best players from FC Layton, FC Wolf and FC Dallas.

The most important incident that took place in India on June 2020 is the crowning of the new founder for the region. The founder account Nirupama which was used by former WAD Tripunithura for 9 long years was handed over to former WAD and current Prime minister Indusse. The crowning was done between the WAD elections and Thripunithura retired from the founder's office. He had served India from its re-establishment and before. The Former founder had contributed numerous good remarks to India. Wishing all the best in his future, The Indian Administration ends the article.
Neo Kerala was elected the new WAD of India the June elections. He won the Elections easily due to his reputation, activeness and his position in the region. He faced tough competition from the former WAD Indusse. The other rival was Indus valley civilization who quit the elections half way. Indus valley civilization who stood as pragjyotishpura couldn't get even 7 votes in the Elections. The founder Nirupama sworned in Neo kerala and his proposed cabinet on 14th June 2020. The region found a great rise in its population after the election reaching the biggest in its history.
The region witnessed a rare incident on 29th June. The regional delegate Neo Kerala was overthrown in a accidental Coup by the prime minister and former WAD Indusse. The coup gained Foreign attention and discussions started in the discord. Later, The administration set up a reverse coup which made Neo Kerala the WAD again. Due to the Coup, the region imposed a temporary Endorsement cap. The admin nations can have upto 20 endorsements whereas others 15. The coup resulted in sudden confusion and debates.
India, a region founded in the Antiquity and liberated and refounded with the help of Texas,10000 islands and Yggdrassil in 2009 planned to open embassies and consulates In reputed regions of Nationstates. The prime minister lodged requests for Consulates in the regions of The East Pacific and The south Pacific. The consulate requests were approved within a day or two and the Regional consulate started it's working then and there. The region reopened embassies with its old Allied Region of Yggdrassil with the help of Goddess Relief Office and Thembria SSR.
After the long interval, sports cycle restarted in India with the second season of All India Football League (AIFL). The tournament was a success and Indusse became the champions defeating Kumbhalgarh in the finals for 1-0. The tournament hosted by Orissa islands which is the puppet of former champions Northwest Kalactin was the exhibition of the soccer spirit and Fanbases in India. Indusse who won the tournament didn't loose a single match this season. The effort of Gilgit and baltistan, sports minister and Orissa islands, Host helped the tournament to be a success and get completed. Special Mention to Kumbhalgarh for their extraordinary sporting spirit and performance in the tournament. The tournament stats can be founded

The Cabinet Members called for a meeting for discussing the establishment of inter-cabinet appointments in the region. Nations wants to participate in the administration and help the ministers to make India great. Upon the requests of Bharat india and Euphrateans, the prime minister called on a meeting of the other ministers. The meeting results have not yet been published and would be done soon. The most awaiting results will be published to all.

Article 1
1.The name of OUR COUNTRY ,shall be Clarkstan
2.The Federal Republic of Clarkstan-Clarkstan is a democratic Federal law-bound state with a republican form of government.
Article 2
Man, his rights and freedoms are the supreme value. The recognition, observance and protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen shall be the obligation of the State.
Article 3
1.The bearer of sovereignty and the only source of power in the Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall be people of Clarkstan.
2.The people shall exercise their power directly,and also through the bodies of state power and local self-government.
3. The supreme direct expression of the power of the people shall be free elections and referenda
4.No one may usurp power in the Federal Republic of Clarkstan.Seizure of power or usurping state authority shall be prosecuted by federal law.
Article 4
1.The sovereignty of the Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall cover the whole of it's territory.
2.The constitution of Federal Republic of Clarkstan and federal laws shall have supermacy in the whole territory of Federal Republic of Clarkstan
3.The Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall ensure the integrity and inviolability of it's territory.
Article 5
The state power of Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall be exercised on the basis of it's division into legislative,executive and judicial power.The bodies of legislative, executive and judicial power shall be independent.
Article 6
1.The state power in Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall exercise by the President of Federal Republic of Clarkstan,Federal House(Federal Parliament and Federal Council),the government of Federal Republic of Clarkstan and the courts of Federal Republic of Clarkstan.
2.The state power in the subjects of Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall be exercise by the bodies of state authority created by them.
3.The division of subjects of authority and power amoung bodies of state power of the Federal Republic of Clarkstan and the bodies of state power of the subjects of Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall be fixed by the given constitution ,the Federal and other treaties on the delimitation of the subjects of authority and powers
Article 7
1.The capital of Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall be Layton
2.The Federal Republic of Clarkstan consists of territories,state's,region's and district's-equal subjects of Federal Republic of Clarkstan.
3.The State shall have its own constitution and legislation. The territory, region, city of federal importance, autonomous region and autonomous area shall have its charter and legislation.
3.The federal structure of the Federal Republic of Clarkstan is based on its state integrity, the unity of the system of state authority, the division of subjects of authority and powers between the bodies of state power of the Federal Republic of Clarkstan and bodies of state power of the subjects of the Federal Republic of Clarkstan, the equality and self-determination of peoples in the Federal Republic of Clarkstan.
4.In relations with federal bodies of state authority all the subjects of the Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall be equal among themselves.
Article 8
1.The citizenship of the Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall be acquired and terminated according to federal law; it shall be one and equal, irrespective of the grounds of acquisition
2.Every citizen of the Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall enjoy in its territory all the rights and freedoms and bear equal duties provided for by the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Clarkstan.
3.A citizen of the Federal Republic of Clarkstan may not be deprived of his or her citizenship or of the right to change it.
Article 9
1.The Federal Republic of Clarkstan is a social State whose policy is aimed at creating conditions for a worthy life and a free development of man.
2.In the Federal Republic of Clarkstan the labour and health of people shall be protected, a guaranteed minimum wages and salaries shall be established, state support ensured to the family, maternity, paternity and childhood, to disabled persons and the elderly, the system of social services developed, state pensions, allowances and other social security guarantees shall be established.
Article 10
1.In the Federal Republic of Clarkstan guarantees shall be provided for the integrity of economic space, a free flow of goods, services and financial resources, support for competition, and the freedom of economic activity.
2.In the Federal Republic of Clarkstan recognition and equal protection shall be given to the private, state, municipal and other forms of ownership.
Article 11
1.Land and other natural resources shall be utilized and protected in the Federal Republic of Clarkstan as the basis of life and activity of the people living in corresponding territories
2.Land and other natural resources may be in private, state, municipal and other forms of ownership.
Article 12
Bearing in mind that there is only one single Clarkstanian nation that belongs together,Clarkstan shall bear responsibility for the fate of Clarkstanian living beyond it's border's,and shall fascilitate the survival and development of their communities,shall preserve the Clarkstanian culture and identity, prosperity in their native lands,and shall promote their cooperation with each other and with Clarkstan
Article 13
1.In Federal Republic of Clarkstan official language shall be Clarkstanian
2. The Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall protect Clarkstanian language
3.The Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall protect Clarkstanian Sign Language as part of Clarkstanian culture.

1.The Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall protect the institution of marriage as the union of a man and a woman established by voluntary decision, and the family as the basis of the nation’s survival
2.Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall encourage the commitment to have children.
3.The protection of families shall be regulated by a cardinal Act.
Article 18
1.In the Federal Republic of Clarkstan ideological diversity shall be recognized.
2.No ideology may be established as state or obligatory one.
3.In the Federal Republic of Clarkstan political diversity and multi-party system shall be recognized.
4.Public associations shall be equal before the law.
5. The creation and activities of public associations whose aims and actions are aimed at a forced change of the fundamental principles of the constitutional system and at violating the integrity of the Federal Republic of Clarkstan, at undermining its security, at setting up armed units, and at instigating social, racial, national and religious strife shall be prohibited.
Article 19
1.The Constitution of the Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall have the supreme juridical force, direct action and shall be used on the whole territory of the Federal Republic of Clarkstan. Laws and other legal acts adopted in the Federal Republic of Clarkstan shall not contradict the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Clarkstan.
2.The bodies of state authority, the bodies of local self-government, officials, private citizens and their associations shall be obliged to observe the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Clarkstan and laws.
3.Laws shall be officially published. Unpublished laws shall not be used. Any normative legal acts concerning human rights, freedoms and duties of man and citizen may not be used, if they are not officially published for general knowledge.
