Big oof for me, my country irl is gonna die soon.
I went over the previous document and what people said in the RMB and this is what I came up with.
I the Union of Pepe humble myself in taking the position of scribe writing down information of the invasion. A leader will be elected amongst the alliance along with other officials. Now I as scribe will record who is who and historical information. The elected leader will rule the alliance with a fair hand and punish with an adequate punishment for the offense. An advisor to the leader will also be elected. Note that the advisor does not have the power to carry out decisions, but to influence them.
All those who join this alliance pledge their wills to the elected leader. Note that the leader cannot tell how each individual nation on how they need to run their nations government and what policies to enforce.
