Department of Defense
Work has been completed on the USS Doris Miller (DDG-1041), USS Eugene E. Lindsey (DDG-1042), USS Frederick Douglass (DDG-1043), USS Detroit (CL-17), USS Springfield (CL-18), USS Birmingham (CL-19) and USS Austin (CL-20) and all ships will now undergo sea trails. With this announcement, the Buffalo Class Missile Cruisers are now all completed and work will now begin on the last 7 ships of the Farragut Class DDGs so as to finish up that building program and begin on the final build program of the recently announced Matthew C. Perry Class Frigates. The names of the last seven Farragut Class DDGs are as follows: USS Waverly B. Woodson, Jr (DDG-1044), USS John Ericsson (DDG-1045), USS Richard Best (DDG-1046), USS Benjamin Church (DDG-1047), USS Cassius Marcellus Clay (DDG-1048), USS Martin Robison Delany (DDG-1049) and lastly USS Edwin T. Layton (DDG-1050) These ships will take up all current yard space and be completed with the next year or so and once completed, work will begin on the 20 ships of the Matthew C. Perry Class Frigates, which will completed the Navy's major building programs for the foreseeable future.

RBC News: Northeast Aviation Buys productions rights For F-4 and F-5
Last night Northeast Defense's Aerospace Division announced that it had purchased the Production rights for the F-4 Phantom II and the F-5 Tiger II designs from the US for 40 Million USD. This is part of the Air Force's plan to replace an aging air force with these designs that will be built from the ground up with Modern avionics and airframe. Based on the Israeli and Swiss modernization designs for these airframes that have made both equal to other Generation 4 fighters in maneuverability and avionics. The Air Force also announced that the airframes and software will be altered to accept Soviet Weaponry as to keep with Military doctrine.

Kyoji: Since we are not at conflict with anyone and we have a surplus of soldiers here in Japan with relatively no job, we move them out. Contact War Minister Higashikuni.

Kyoji: I'd rather worry about one foe than three. They can sit there peacefully while we strangle out the insurrections to the south before they're in full force. A preemptive strike before they can gather themselves.
Higashikuni: Do you believe this could work?
Kyoji: It has to. Otherwise, Japan as we know it will struggle and may fall to the hands of rebels or anarchists. We must prevent those thugs from gaining power. Like I said, make the checkpoints. If we need to move to their base of operations, we will. If they strike against us, we will strike back ten-fold.

The Vicintian ministry of war is looking for a supplier to supply 150 new single engine fighter aircrafts of the latest design. Companies from around the globe are welcomed to the Mumbai Military show where they can showcase their latest designs in the hope of becoming a supplier for the Federation.
Many Vicintian companies have announced their intentions to attend and nations worldwide are invited. Not only the requested items should be shown, we are very interested to see what else is on offer be it tanks, rifles, missiles all are welcome. And who knows if the MOW does not select your design, another company or nation’s official's might....

The National Congress of the Socialist Republic of Furstia has approved a project presented by the Secretariat for the Environment of this Ministry which prohibits the manufacture/import, distribution and commercialization of single-use plastics by the beginning of the year 2021.
Non-degradable, single-use plastic bags, straws and packaging will be prohibited across the entire Furstian territory and will have to replaced by bio-degradable alternatives.
While it has been noted that the approved measure will represent a significant challenge for the national economy, the global environmental situation calls for drastic and swift action.
The penalty fee for infringing the new law will vary greatly between individuals, groups and/or enterprises, but it will be comprised between the range of L$ 50,000-50,000,000 ($ 769-769,230), depending on the situation and the actors involved.

King Al Said Accused of Covert Slavery
The Purdiestani government uncovered some discomforting documents in the annual expenditure reports of foreign individuals being purchased and being brought into the country in the guise of "imported goods." Recently, it has been suspected that the King's Ministry of Engineering has been resorting to worker abuses due to their ability to keep rather lavish builds within a reasonable price range. If this is proven to go all the way to the top, the King's days of rule maybe limited. Slavery was outlawed in Purdiestan in 1799, and purchasing of other humans was outlawed in 1800. If found guilty, the abuses of said laws would result in an execution charge against the royal family. Upon hearing news of said events, massive groups of folks gathered outside the Royal Palace and protested the monarchical family, which lead to riot police being dispatched to curtail the masses.

Quik Software spokesperson, Florentine Flesch, announced the company's intentions to do business abroad. She noted, in particular, that the company is aiming to get in contact with potential partners in Novaya rossiyskaya imperiya and Furstia.
