"Tokyo Campaign" was proposed by party member, Ms. Machi Chiyoko. This campaign was launched with the purpose of calling on people to support the Nichibotsu Reform Party (Nichibotsu Reformed Government) and also calling for more seats in the National Diet of Nichibotsu.

About the ownership of the Red River Delta

To the Leadership of the Holy Empire of North Wonscia
After our national referendum, we have decided that we agreed to your proposal on the ownership of the Red River Delta. However the Indochine Supreme National Assembly proposed on these requests and changes furthermore to your proposal:

1. The Indochine-Wonscia Zone will be demilitarized (again) with the supervision of the Council of Asia and the representatives of the World Assembly.
2. The Indochine and the Holy Empire of North Wonscia both prepared to relinquish all territorial claims to the Red River Delta.
3. The Red River Delta becomes a neutral zone.
4. Economically, the Delta will belong to both countries for agricultural, trade, and cultural purposes only.
5. Both nations will lift all of the sanctions and embargos imposes on each other.
6. The Indochine agrees to withdraw all of their army, weapons and bases deployed on the Indochine-Wonscia Zone if the Holy Empire of North Wonscia agrees to do the same from the Red River Delta under the supervision of the Council of Asia and the representatives of the World Assembly.
7. The Indochine and the Holy Empire of North Wonscia will signed the Indochine-Wonscia Non-aggression Pact, plus a diplomatic and trade treaty.
