I’ll need to do more research, but I have yet to hear anything too overboard from her.

Placing people before capitalism isn't overboard though..

Also Tulsi Gabbard is a DINO who is just as compromised as Trump and his putin-loving allies. Everything she says is a Kremlin talking piint.

Velykyy Ukraina wrote:Hey, there are Kurds, Ba'athists, and Islamists (lite and extreme in Turkey and ISIS respectively)

Let's destabilize the Ba'athists who while are brutal are at least secular and aren't going to propigate terrorism.

Cool, let's then help the Kurds, the one fairly level-headed entity in the region outside of the Hashemites and Israel.

Or...lets actually f*ck them and let the Islamists take them out to help...even worse Islamists make a comeback.

F*ck Erdogan, Trump's even more of a moron than he already was, and I feel bad for Kemal Ataturk who is now spinning in his grave.

Atatürk was no paragon of virtue.

No..? I'm going to have to disagree with you on this one.

Not saying he was, but he was sure better than Erdogan, and at least there was some semblance of giving a sh*t about democracy

Oh so funny story, recently one of the companies we call at work changed their name to “Venerable Life Insurance Company” and within a week one of my coworkers accidentally called them “Venereal Life”...

Being a federal worker is the worst single thing any person can do to themselves.

I lost my whole weekend ten minutes before it began and was told us be working twelves until otherwise told.

Trailer dropped today for Crusader Kings 3, and as somebody who ranks CK2 among my top three favorite games, it feels weird to say that I'm more cautious and worried than excited.

I'm mostly dreading the possibility (or certainty more likely) of Paradox locking more than half the map behind $100+ of DLC paywall again, and I really don't want to have to buy all that again if I've already got it with CK2. There's also some nitpicky stuff that more of a "that's kinda strange" than anything else (intentionally taking out the phrase 'Deus Vult' from a game primarily starring the Crusades, for example), but overall I'm holding back any optimism until I get further news.
