Does the Federation of Planets own Mars? Just want to know since my region is Martian.

Welcome! Mars is a charter member of the United Federation of Planets. The Federation doesn't own the planets, it's an alliance of governments with similar beliefs, a love of exploration and a desire for peaceful relations with people from other parts of the galaxy.

Oh, well that's good then. Thank you for replying.
