Engineers warn that excavations beneath the Palace may have ruptured or redirected ancient underground channels, sending the city’s waste back upon itself. What began as a royal precaution now threatens to become a public catastrophe, with London quite literally drowning in its own sh*t.

"Southwest Horizonia is a nation that has endured many hardships and survived for centuries. But all good things must end. The Krona has been in vail in attempts to stop the Celesti Project from impacting Earth. When the orbital superlaser impacts Earth, it will most likely cause the annihilation of Europe and Northern Africa upon impact, the shockwaves and debris fragments spreading across the world. It will create a fallout effect across the world and most likely means the end of the human race. Hereby, I declare the dissolution of the government of Southwest Horizonia. Live your final hours in peace, partying with friends, caring for your kids, or hell, kill people. It won't matter anyways. Goodnight all."
Many people at first thought this was some sort of signal hijacking like the steel ball rolling machine hijacking in 2005. But it was confirmed it was not a hijacking as the Celesti appeared in the sky. Mass chaos and deaths ensued. Route 5 and Route 72 had cars abandoned everywhere and the occasional dead person. A man in Potgieter used an assault rifle to shoot "WHY?" into a brick wall of a gas station. People went to the top steps of hotels in Elysion to see the impact. Churches were packed beyond capacity. The power grid soon shut off as the workers at the Twingo River Hydroelectric Dam went home to their families. Meanwhile, multiple workers in Elysion were trying to convince Yosemite to go into a fallout shelter, in which he responded: "Go on, go home to your family. I don't got one except this country. Ma and Pa are long dead and Hans had that stroke in 1994. I'll watch the sunset, you watch your kids." as he said while drinking some coffee on the balcony of the presidential building and lighting one last Marlboro while watching the sunset. The Celesti Project soon obliterated the moon, sending chunks of moon rock and satellites raining down onto both sides of the Earth. Night falls on Southwest Horizonia, but it doesn't look like it, as explosions rattle the exosphere and cause fiery debris rain to rain down across the Earth. Then, a chunk of moon rock directly impacts the Quad City Area, obliterating the entire city and killing President Yosemite, along with millions of others. Johannesburg and Pretoria soon went after, with Port Elizabeth and Cape Town holding on for a little longer.
Southwest Horizonia is gone.

The Aftermath, November 8th, 2073
Humanity is dead. Homo Sapiens as a species is extinct thanks to their own stupidity. Somewhere along what's left of the cracked and charred concrete of Route 5, a Pinewood Adroit's rusted and rotted hood glows with the unpolluted sunset that no longer is oppressed by light pollution. A apartment in a rural area has packs of dogs that used to belong to humans, hunting like wolves again. The Quad City Area is now a lake, with deer drinking from the water, and bears hunting nearby. The world is eerily silent now. And somewhere in a basement of a suburban home that has long since been abandoned, a Southwest Horizonia flag hangs by one rusty screw onto a wall. Nature reclaims Southwest Horizonia, no longer under the burden of humanity. And millions of years later, a new species might rise. Who knows?
