Security Council Resolutions
Since the rise of the World Assembly from the ashes of its predecessor, the Bureaucracy That Cannot Be Named, WA member nations have worked tirelessly to improve the standard of the world. That, or tried to force other nations to be more like them. But that's just semantics.
Below is every World Assembly resolution ever passed.

Security Council Resolution # 381
Commend One Small Island
A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.
The World Assembly;
Noting the past recognition this esteemed chamber has granted towards crediting Warzoners, nations who inhabit Warzone Africa,Warzone Asia, Warzone Australia, Warzone Europe, Warzone Airspace, and Warzone Sandbox, govern, expand the six warzone regions, and go on to achieve historic success in the Warzones,
Recognizing that One Small Island is one of the most prominent members of Warzone Sandbox and the Warzone community as a whole through their work in the creation and governing of The Sandcastle Kingdom, and the Warzone Empire,
Empowering that One Small Island helped lead the charge of freeing Warzone Australia from Lardyland, helping go on to create the Warzone Control Council, that lead to regional stability, and the second largest endorsements of a Warzone World Assembly Delegate at that time before the Warzone Control Council disbanded,
Fascinated that One Small Island has the longest continuous reign as World Assembly Delegate of any Warzones, (850+ Days), at the time of this writing, while setting the Warzone wide records for the most World Assembly endorsements of 128 during, and the highest amount of nations, 418, during their reign,
Impressed with One Small Islands leadership as chief peacekeeper in 2019, ensuring peace was achieved between the former Warzone Federation lead by then President Jean Rowe, and the Rebel Cause, led by Domais leading a long period of peace, stability, and activity in the Warzones,
Applauding the willingness to help others as One Small Island repeatedly often acted as the leader of military forces which have restored native control in Warzone Europe, Warzone Africa, and Warzone Asia, and was able to bring out a lot of military leaders and past Warzone leadership to fend off several major raid attempts in Warzone Sandbox,
Believing that the relationships forged with major foreign governments under the delegacy of One Small Island to be significant, and to have played a major part in solidifying warzones among the international community as a legitimate basis for significant governments and communities, as their careful efforts lead to relationships with major influences like The Rejected Realms, 10000 Islands, The League, The East Pacific, and many more,
Amazed by the achievements of One Small Island outside of warzones, controlling nations such as A Giant Meteor a nation which acts as a featured region follower and contributing much to the world of international artwork through the collections, My Doods (maintained by Sergeant McCool), Crew (maintained by Percival the Pirate Penguin), and Squeakers (maintained by Blands Candumive),"
Happy that, through it all, the government and people of OSI have managed to remain humble, and delightful to interact with,
Hereby commends One Small Island.

Security Council Resolution # 382
Commend Sacara
A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.
THE SECURITY COUNCIL:
SEEKING to recognise those nations which make extraordinary contributions to the multiverse at large, and highlighting The Spacefaring Federation of Sacara as one such worthy nation;
NOTING that Sacara is best known for its venerable think tanks, which have turned out at least fifteen policy papers for the attention of world leaders, who must often deal with the issues raised in them multiple times a day;
BELIEVING that, thanks to the tireless work of these think tanks, leaders have been reliably informed about a broad spectrum of thought-provoking matters, including through their presentation of:
Policy Paper #1,018 "Operation Failed", in which Sacarian-based medical ethics boards uncovered evidence of avoidable surgical error that led to scores of government ministers dying, and strongly urged leaders to consider investing in and encouraging the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare settings;
Policy Paper #1,077 "With Friends Like These...", in which Sacarian media watchdogs revealed the massive overuse of objectionable language in re-broadcasted, decades-old comedies, and subsequently reminded world leaders of the hard choice they face between prioritising individual liberties or civil decency;
Policy Paper #1,146 "Mother Knows Best?", in which family policy analysts from Sacara identified a declining trend in the issuing of parental licenses in certain nations, and stimulated change by alerting their leaders to the fact that - whether they chose to abolish, liberalise, or tighten their parental licensing regime - their previous licensing system was hopelessly unfit for purpose;
Policy Paper #1,167 "Another Brick in the Wall", in which leaders of Sacarian architects' associations and teachers' unions, after being sent to the remains of hundreds of identical, smouldering border walls across the world, recommended that leaders choosing not to rebuild an improved section of wall take great care to ensure that they receive would-be immigrants in a more sympathetic fashion;
Policy Paper #1,417 "Nun on the Run", in which workers' rights organisations from Sacara - having noticed a surprising surge in members of somewhat esoteric nunneries standing for office - hinted that world leaders, if they were to avoid the unenviable position of veering either towards theocracy or hyper-secularism, would have to reject religious discrimination in employment;
Policy Paper #1,481 "Livin' on a Prayer", in which representatives of Sacara's most esteemed religious observatories took part in weeks-long religious services held solely to prevent the deportation of undocumented families also in attendance, and insisted that fundamental reform to immigration systems were necessary to avoid the rights of religions conflicting with the duties of border patrols again; and
Policy Paper #1,494 "A Minor Political Problem", in which Sacarian public interest research groups, after teaming up with forensic accountants from innumerable other states to reveal that children were pitching into the campaign accounts of renowned politicians at an inexplicable scale, urged world leaders to take a firm stance on whether to allow political donations by minors;
THANKFUL that many of the Sacarian think tank fellows and researchers who were involved in presenting these papers have also helped other observers of international politics write their own, especially by bolstering their explanations of the crucial problems they seek to warn leaders of, advising them about how to distinguish their draft papers from those already published, and by helping them provide more detailed and targeted solutions;
HOPING that world leaders will be served not only in the present, but for many years to come, by the Sacarian government's careful maintenance of Sacara's Issues Hub, a platform where they can view highly-condensed summaries of every known policy paper and the issues they describe, and vote on which papers they believe are best-composed;
ACCLAIMING the successful organisation of two Horror Short Story Contests in 2018 and 2021 by Sacara's finest literary critics, which have attracted entries from many nations of diverse and exemplary storytellers such as Valentine Z, Infected Mushroom, Main Nation Ministry and World Machine (known to the World Census as Shwe Tu Colony), an achievement that further underlines Sacarian support for all forms of the written word; and
FIRMLY CONVINCED that any nation that has done so much to advance popular culture and promote better, more informed decision-making as Sacara does deserve recognition:
HEREBY COMMENDS The Spacefaring Federation of Sacara.

Security Council Resolution # 383
Commend Karputsk
A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.
The Security Council,
Recognizing Karputsk as a devoted protector of regional sovereignty and an outstanding contributor to the international community,
Recalling Karputsks origins as a resident in New Sorvun, a burgeoning region that was occupied and almost destroyed by invaders, saved only at the last possible moment by a valiant self-defense led by Karputsk. Determined to let no other region suffer the same fate as New Sorvun almost did, Karputsk would dedicate the rest of their existence to the defense of vulnerable regions,
Observing New Sorvuns admission into the Founderless Regions Alliance (FRA), an organization founded for the protection and stabilization of founderless regions around the world, and Karputsks entrance into the FRA Rangers, its illustrious military,
Applauding Karputsk's remarkable service to the FRA in various capacities, where:
as Regional Liaison Officer, they initiated the Regional Development Project, a progressive program aimed to facilitate the buildout of member regions, which went on to play a vital role in reviving several communities, including 00000 A World Power and Global Right Alliance,
as Chief of Defense, they commanded the FRA Rangers and spearheaded its resurgence into activity despite the limited resources available. Under Karputsk's leadership, the Rangers would go on to be recognized as the leading defender military of 2013 and provide crucial support to many large-scale operations, including the liberations of Makhnovia and Coalition of Leftist Comrades, and
as Arch-Chancellor (head), they provided much-needed stability to defending at a time of inordinate political turmoil and worked to improve relations with other contemporary defender organizations like Ten Thousand Islands Treaty Organization (TITO),
Praising Karputsk's work to establish and develop the Spiritus Defense Force (SDF) as its first Minister of Defense. The SDF would experience its heyday under Karputsk's guidance, reaching a record-high membership count of over 20 members and extending pivotal support and leadership to numerous major missions during Karputsks tenure,
Extolling Karputsk's masterful orchestration of some of the greatest triumphs experienced by the defender community in its storied history, including:
taking back SPACE from the clutches of invaders in March 2013, the first of many notable operations Karputsk would go on to lead,
rescuing the furry residents of Furry Federation from the hands of an invader coalition in April 2013, despite possessing meagre resources at that time,
uniting over 40 defenders from various organizations to restore Asia back to native control in December 2013, an operation that became one of the largest liberations of its time,
leading the refound of Hogwarts, once locked away as a trophy by invaders, along with Deadeye Jack and TITO in 2015. The region would go on to house a lively community containing some of the best storytellers in the world,
liberating the residents of Anontia from a contingent of celebrating invaders with over 40 defenders in tow in 2019, and
crashing the annual invader tradition of occupying Christmas by plucking it out of invader control with the help of over 40 liberators in 2020,
Lauding Karputsk's covert engineering to prevent manifold invasions from taking place, best seen in their brave infiltration of The Black Hawks, a notorious invader organization twice condemned by this chamber. As Ursidae, Karputsk would disrupt multiple operations there, including a planned incursion into Anarchy,
Acknowledging Karputsk as one of the foremost pioneers of modern defender collaboration, evident by their construction of a neutral communication channel where defenders from everywhere could cooperate to protect imperiled regions from invasions. While no longer in use, it transfigured the way defender operations were conducted and inspired the creation of an even more successful iteration that still remains a cornerstone of continued defender success,
Admiring Karputsks further commitment to improve communities around the world, pronounced through their contributions to Equinox, a historical region with a diverse and quirky community:
as one of its earliest Foreign Viceroys, they laid foundations of the regions modern diplomatic network by conducting crucial bureaucratic reforms,
as the Speaker, they incentivized citizens to get involved with the regional legislature and oversaw a resulting high level of sustainable activity in it,
as the Imperial Adviser, they imparted valuable wisdom to regional leaders in various dilemmas and crises,
Believing that Karputsks momentous efforts to tirelessly protect and develop the international community deserve acclaim from this august council,
Hereby commends Karputsk.

Security Council Resolution # 384
Repeal: “Condemn Jakker”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #112 “Condemn Jakker” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The Security Council,
Acknowledging the existence of SCR#112 "Condemn Jakker", a resolution which denounced the actions of a longtime member of The Black Hawks for sowing chaos all over the world through numerous invasions,
Noting however that on January 27 2022, The Black Hawks, committed to protecting their own members from harm, banished Jakker from the region and removed all privileges the nation held. Jakker would cease to exist within 48 hours of this impromptu exile, wiped out with their leader prevented from founding another nation ever again,
Believing that with Jakker now having ceased to exist, they no longer remain "a threat to world-wide peace and sovereignty of many regions" as claimed by SCR#112,
Regretting even the necessity of this resolution in the first place,
Hereby repeals SCR#112 "Condemn Jakker".

Security Council Resolution # 385
Repeal: “Liberate A Liberal Haven”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #380 “Liberate A Liberal Haven” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
THE SECURITY COUNCIL:
RECALLING that, between the 2nd of January and the 3rd of February 2022, the World Assembly Delegacy of A Liberal Haven (ALH) was held by a raider called Got the munchies real bad man, a vassal state of Vando0sa which had resided in ALH for six years;
NOTING that Got the munchies real bad man:
replaced ALH's native-imposed visible password with a nominally secret password upon seizing its delegacy;
was at first supported by about twenty-five members of The Black Hawks and Lone Wolves United;
swelled to an astonishing 140 endorsements on the 6th of January, due to not only previously-uninvolved members of TBH and LWU but also forces from the Karmada, the Royal Kantrian Army of Kantrias, Osiris' Sekhmet Legion, Caer Sidi's Autumnal Court and elsewhere;
had been endorsed by just shy of 160 soldiers when SC#380 was passed on the 7th of January;
by the 9th of January, had received no less than 203 endorsements (thus becoming the world's 14th-most powerful delegate), where they hovered for a number of weeks; and
banned Maineiacs on the 1st of February, before banning themselves on the 3rd of February;
THANKFUL that Garchyland was restored to their rightful post as ALH's native WA Delegate on the 3rd of February 2022 after the withdrawal of the raider party, despite multiple unsuccessful attempts by large defender forces to return them to power in the days after SC#380 passed; and therefore
ACKNOWLEDGING not only the support of Garchyland and Maineiacs (ALH's last two natives) for a repeal of SC#380, but also the desire of Garchyland to reimpose a password upon ALH to once more guarantee its security - an action which they cannot take unless SC#380 is repealed:
HEREBY REPEALS SC#380 "Liberate A Liberal Haven."
