The State has elected Governor Tarence Reganwood to the Geoplesian state office by 89% of all voters in the state. As his first act he is making changes to better the environment and has announced he will be putting a bill towards the Federal Koidak government to encourage more environmental protection guidelines.
We will put these bills into consideration with the USK senate and the USK house of Representatives

No, were not. Besides we Don't have a vault tec. I'm talking about the Chinese spy balloon situation that's currently happening, as the Chinese once invaded Alaska in fallout series, so I'm making a joke or a prediction of what might come in the future and that being a nuclear wasteland.

I've played Fallout 3 before.
I'm amazed you're apparently taking inspiration from Fallout, but don't have any sort of Vault-Tec-like company? 
Usonia federal union is ahead of you in this regard; several of their citizens took shelter in the bunkers in anticipation of a Jubilosan invasion (which isn't going to be happening anytime soon thanks to the civil war). I'm pretty sure Usonia's made mention of these bunkers existing in previous posts before...
Side tangent: I honestly love various parts of Chinese culture. I often eat out at Chinese restaurants when I have the time, I kick back a bit and enjoy their music when I hear it, and I often check on the zodiac dog horoscope. Even been to San Francisco's Chinatown once. Beautiful place. All that said though: Not too crazy about visiting mainland China. When I was asked which of the five still-communist countries I would like to live in, I ranked China as 4th. (North Korea ranked 5th, obviously.) I'm not a fan of censorship, but the CCP loves it to excess.

Does anybody know when the next season of Cards are going to come out? Just Wondering.
One of the reasons I have a sugar skull on the flag is because I couldn't find any suitable anhinga vectors and I didn't want to cheap-out with a generic bird vector. Also I'm a non-artist relying solely on Windows Paint along with copy-paste.
Actually this is a slightly improved version of the "OG" flag since its using the red and green shades for the actual Mexican flag instead of whatever I was using from Paint.
