If you have to work an 8 hour work day, what is the ideal time to clock in and to clock out?

I liked 8am-4pm at the brewery back in the day, but that partly owed to a very short commute.

My summer job this past summer generally had me in around 7:30am and out around 3pm, but that is just a really early morning unless you live right there.

As much cultural distaste as there is for the "9-5", I think those have their merits absent a very long commute.

My cop-out answer is that it really depends on the time of year. 10am-6pm would rock in the summer but have me on suicide watch in the winter.

I don't know if there is a catch-all answer for vacations, but I have dinner reservations tomorrow and am planning on having scotch (likely in the range of Johnnie Walker Black Label) unless my mood changes.

Id want to be a silk T-Shirt. Why would someone make a silk t-shirt? Idk.

hello guys i am new here

You do not want to see us in spandex, believe me.

In unrelated news: my charmlessness in currently 1,444.44 - a nice number I thought.
May the fours be with you.

I have voted FOR in the Security Council, largely on the advice of staffer Choppyhausen. The ministry will provide the usual update later.

Scotland, but close enough!

Etarria wrote:Depends on the location, but generally a Mexican beer hits on vacation

Is this a "when in Mexico do as the Mexicans do" thing? I like the idea of drinking whatever gets produced locally. Which is sometimes not the same as actually liking drinking what gets produced locally...
In Lanzarote, they do a cactus liqueur. I'd recommend trying it. They also do a goats milk liqueur. I wasn't brave enough.

I'd be some ridiculous material that no-one would ever wear, like brick. That way I wouldn't be having to hang around someone all day getting their sweat dripped on me before being consigned to a wash basket where I'd have to spend a week with stinky socks.
